At My Magic Course, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that digital products can sometimes be subject to unforeseen issues. This policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges for digital products purchased through our Shopify store.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Digital Products Covered: This policy applies to all digital products available for purchase on our Shopify store, including but not limited to software, e-books, online courses, and downloadable content.
- Return Request Period: Customers must submit a return or refund request within 14 days of the purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

- Technical Issues: If the digital product is defective or not functioning as described.
- Incompatibility: If the product is incompatible with the customer's hardware or software, despite meeting the stated requirements.
- Non-Delivery: If the customer did not receive the digital product due to a technical issue on our end.
- Misrepresentation: If the product description significantly misrepresented the actual product.
Return and Refund Process

- Customers must contact our customer support team at hello@mymagiccourse.com with their order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Include any relevant screenshots or error messages to help us resolve the issue promptly.

- Our support team will review the request and determine eligibility for a return or refund.
- We may request additional information or steps to troubleshoot the issue.

- If the product issue cannot be resolved, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
- For issues of compatibility or misrepresentation, we may offer an alternative product or a store credit instead of a refund, depending on the customer's preference.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of Mind: Returns or refunds are not provided for digital products if the customer simply changes their mind after purchase.
- Downloaded Products: If a customer has successfully downloaded the product and there are no defects or technical issues, the product is considered consumed and is non-refundable.
- Unauthorized Purchase: Purchases made fraudulently or without the account owner's consent will not be eligible for a return or refund.
- Support Request: Refunds will only be considered if the customer has made a reasonable attempt to resolve the issue with our support team first.
- Internet Connection & Software: Course access problems caused by the customer's internet connection, device compatibility, or security software false positives are not eligible for refunds.
- Fair Usage: Refunds will only be considered if less than 25% of the content has been consumed.
